You’ll receive ongoing guidance and accountability through each stage of therapy, with check-ins to ensure steady progress.
Every other week, we’ll meet virtually or in person for a 30–45 minute session. During these sessions we will review your progress and exercises, introduce new techniques and goals troubleshoot any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed.
Between sessions, you’ll be given daily exercises to complete at home. These are short, targeted routines (usually 5–10 minutes per day) that help retrain oral and facial muscles for better function and posture.
Your first myofunctional therapy visit begins with a conversation about your health history, current symptoms, and personal goals—whether you're seeking better sleep, improved breathing, or relief from jaw tension or oral habits.
Our therapy program is designed to create lasting change through consistent progress. We meet every other week for a total of 12 sessions, typically spread out over six months. You’ll receive ongoing guidance and accountability through each stage of therapy, with check-ins to ensure steady progress.
In the final sessions, we’ll evaluate your progress, reinforce key habits, and provide tools to maintain your results long-term. If needed, we’ll discuss follow-up or maintenance visits.
